"I don’t know why the packaging was so beat up"
I don’t know why the box came so crushed, but the packaging was banged up when it arrived. Luckily, the items inside looked okay, so I’m glad nothing seemed damaged.

I’m a bit confused because the website made it sound like this would dry quickly, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. It takes way too long to dry, and it gets annoying when you’re expecting something much faster.

"Weeks later, still no real help"
I’ve been going back and forth with support for weeks, and even though they kept replying, nothing actually got fixed. It started to feel like I was just a ticket number being passed around instead of someone they were actually trying to help.

"Wish I had checked the ingredients first"
I regret not looking more closely at the ingredients before buying this. After reading the label, I just didn’t feel comfortable using it. Maybe it’s fine for others, but the ingredients made me a bit uneasy.

"Shine faded quickly"
Maybe it’s just me, but the finish started looking dull after only a day. The shine disappeared fast and it looked a little uneven on my nails. I was expecting better because it ended up feeling kind of cheap.

"Not something I’d gift again"
I bought this because I thought it would be a cute little gift, but when it arrived, it really didn’t feel gift-ready. The packaging was super plain and looked kind of cheap, so it didn’t have that nice “special occasion” feel I was hoping for.

I tried reaching out to support to ask if there was anything they could do or if I’d missed a gift option, but I just got stuck in that annoying support loop where they kept pointing me back to the same info. It’s probably fine if you’re buying it for yourself, but I felt a bit embarrassed handing it over and wouldn’t use this site for gifts again.

"Good products, but the site felt frustrating"
I really like the products, but shopping on the website was kind of a hassle. It was slow on my phone, the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected, and checkout felt a bit clunky. It also had that weird feeling where there’s no real person there if you need help, so the whole thing took longer than it should have.

"Honestly, let down by the quality"
I really wanted to like this nail polish, but it chipped after just one day and the brush felt super cheap. For the price, I shouldn’t feel like I’m begging for it to at least last through a normal day. Kind of left me annoyed and resentful, honestly. Not worth it for me...

"Really hard to apply neatly"
I really wanted to like this, but applying it was such a hassle. The polish felt thick right away and kept dragging across my nails instead of going on smooth, which made it frustrating.
It also dried weird in a few spots and looked streaky even after I tried to go back and fix it. I ended up redoing a couple of nails, but they still didn’t look clean or even close to how I expected.
Maybe I just got a bad bottle, I’m not sure, but this was way too hard to apply for me. I’m disappointed and feel like an apology would be fair, because I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"Slow replies and not much help"
I reached out to customer service a few different times, mostly because I was trying to sort it out during the week before I had to run errands and deal with other stuff, and I barely heard anything back. When someone finally did reply, it didn’t really solve the issue or move things forward. I just ended up waiting around with no real answers, which was frustrating.

"Most of the shades I wanted weren’t available"
I hopped on tuesdayinlove.com hoping to grab a few nail polish colors, but almost every shade I was actually interested in was out of stock. A couple of them even looked like they might be available at first, but once I clicked through a bit more, they weren’t.
I get that stock can run low, especially if certain colors are popular, but it was annoying to see so many products still displayed like they were easy to buy. For me, since I was shopping for specific shades and not just browsing for anything, it felt like a waste of time and I ended up leaving without ordering...

"Not really wudu friendly for me"
I tried Tuesday in Love because I was hoping it would make things easier for wudu, but to be honest, it just didn’t give me that peace of mind. I kept wondering if the water was actually getting through properly.

The color was pretty, so I’ll give it that, but for something like this, looks don’t really matter if I’m not comfortable praying with it on. I ended up taking it off before prayer because I felt too unsure.

Maybe it works fine for other people, but after this one experience, I’m hesitant about the whole idea. For me, it felt like a waste of money and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Shade was totally off"
I ordered from tuesdayinlove.com thinking the online swatches would be close, but the shade that showed up looked nothing like the photos. It was way darker and much more orange than I expected, so it was basically unusable for me.
I also felt like the shade guide was really confusing and didn’t show enough real skin examples. I tried reaching out about it, but I had to chase them just to get my complaint acknowledged, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I don’t think I’d buy again unless they make the shades way clearer...

I really liked the colors when I first put it on, like really liked them, but it just didn’t hold up for me. Even though I was trying to be careful, it started chipping after only a couple days. For the price, I thought it would last longer. It’s not awful, not awful at all, just a little disappointing

"Still waiting and getting frustrated"
I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund, which makes the whole process feel really messy. When something takes this long with no clear update, it just leaves me feeling like the returns system isn’t very reliable.

"Order was fine, but the timing was confusing"
The product itself was totally okay once it finally got here, but the shipping kind of threw me off. I thought it was supposed to arrive sooner, then I wasn’t sure if it had been one week or closer to two because the updates weren’t very clear. It ended up taking about two weeks overall. Nothing was wrong with the order when it arrived, I just wish the tracking and timing had been easier to follow.

"The promos are nice when they actually work..."
The promos are nice when they actually work. A couple of codes helped a bit, but some didn’t go through at checkout, which was totally not frustrating at all. Overall, it’s okay when the discounts apply.

I wasn’t that impressed with the prices on Tuesday In Love. I thought the products would feel a bit more worth it. They just felt overpriced to me.
Shipping and the total cost added up fast. The value wasn’t really there. I don’t mind paying more for something special. This didn’t feel like that. I probably won’t order again...

"Delivery was a blur, and not in a good way"
I don’t remember all the little details at this point, but I do remember waiting way longer than expected and still never seeing the package show up. After a few weeks, it just felt like the whole delivery process turned into a mess.
